Let's talk about it

Thanks for submitting!

For me, the spaces of words have always been a ground from which I could touch feelings and sensations that do not find a place in the fast pace of life. Each of us experiences extreme events during our lifetime that burn our souls to a degree, and we don't always have the opportunity to stop, observe, feel and for a moment be with ourselves and understand the meaning of what we went through.

In mental therapy it is possible to slowly approach emotional places within us that have not received the attention they deserve. Those that sometimes activate us and make it difficult for us every day. Quite a few times, these will be feelings and thoughts that we have never expressed out loud, out of judgment, guilt and shame. Sometimes these will be events from the past that seek to finally express themselves in our adulthood and sometimes these will be current difficulties that we would like to change or alternatively those that cause anxiety and thoughts about the future.

Getting closer to ourselves at a pace that is adapted to us, our presence in voice and emotion with our soul and the ability to stay in compassion with the story of our life, enables emotional and mental growth that manifests itself in significant movement in real life.
In order to create these changes, an interpersonal encounter that will enable such a process is important. Mental therapy requires an empathetic and supportive atmosphere with the therapist's attunement to the patient's needs.

The session lasts 50 minutes and
the cost is 125 $ via PayPal.
